GBThe location and size of the property was great for our group of 8 people. Plenty of space in the kitchen area with a large table and ample amount of chairs.. Game Room was a nice idea, pool table and darts board for some friendly competition. Having a bathroom in each of the 3 bedrooms was a nice touch.
On the last night of our stay there was no hot water in the property, thankfully a cold shower wasn't the worst due to us having a heat wave. The area may be considered a little "rough"

Location is a bit rough with derelict building across street property is showing signs of wear and tear but overall not to bad.
GBhost was helpful, left a jacket behind and he had kindly posted back to us
slight lack of supplies for 14 people eg. no spare bin bags, not enough toilet roll but otherwise great

GBGBThere was plenty of room for everyone without having to hang out in bedrooms, the kitchen had plenty of resources to cook and overall it was a nice place. The host was very responsive to any questions or queries before and during the stay and overall we had no issues with the property
GBGBThe property was great for a large group of friends staying in Leeds for the night. We used both sofa beds as well as all of the bedrooms and there was plenty of bedding to make it comfortable. Having a bathroom for each room was great. The games room was well equipped and a really fun extra. Nice quiet location but only 30 mins walk from Leeds main train station. Also easy to get Ubers to and from the area. Key collection and check out was very easy with the lock box. Great communication from the host ahead of our stay.
