Clean, immaculate, fresh smelling house. Like an Air bnb. Excellent facilities. Comfortable and great communication with host. Had a comfy stay. Close to main motorway and city centre. On a private estate. I would definitely stay again. 💯

Nothing I didn't like, but given that this is a new business, here are a couple of tips, and it's only to support your growth. You could easily charge more. The towels need to be bigger. A light above key lock. The ironing board needs attention. Mike or powdered milk rather than a can of pop for cuppa. Instructions how to use thermostat. Like I say, you could very easily charge more, and I would happily have paid more if the garden tidied up and maybe a TV in the room. As a lone traveller, it would be useful to know info on other guests staying if the host not in the property. Health and safety are my priorities. Thanks for a fab stay.

we had a lovely stay here, the location was good...it was a quiet residential location only a short bus ride into town (10 minutes) Almost everything was catered for, kitchen crockery, utensils...the complementary drinks in the fridge were a lovely touch, even though we're not wine drinkers it's the thought that counts and the soft drinks were a welcome addition to our days out. we're English Heritage members and were using Newcastle as a base to explore the area and so glad we did... it's a great place to explore, plenty to do whether you like history, shopping or a good night out. the house was clean and comfortable and a great place to relax after a long day out. the bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely... never been in one so spacious before. the only thing missing was a mirror in the bathroom..not an issue for me as I can brush my hair and put my face on anywhere but after being there for 3 days my husband felt a little scruffy not being able to shave..that said it didn't detract from our stay and would definitely recommend 😁. communication with the hosts was very good and they were friendly and accommodating 👍.,..so thanks again.
