"Quiet, cozy and very well equipped apartment"

This apartment was super clean and really well equipped. There was oil, spices, plenty of coffee and even dishwasher tabs. We really enjoyed cooking here. Our favorite place was the spacious south facing terrace with a nice lounging area and a hammock. Area is a bit remote when it comes to restaurants but the supermarket is just around the corner and the beach is not far either.

The apartment is on the ground floor with the living room/kitchen facing north, so that part felt a bit dark sometimes. The other side with the bedroom and terrace were very sunny though

Everything was amazing will definitely go back.

I liked the attention to detail of the property a homely feel about the place Host was very friendly quick to respond to messages. Very clean and every detail exceptional. Could not of asked for more. Like a 5 star hotel. 😊

Clean modern apartment in gated complex with secure underground garage, suitable for small car only but easy free street parking out front of units. Large clean swimming pool. Good airconditioning which was effective in 40 degree heat. Close to shops but about 1.1km from beach and tram stop. Tram makes trip into Alicante easy. The living area was much smaller then expected for 2 X 2 apartment. We were a couple with adult daughter and although the bedrooms an bathrooms worked well, dining inside or watching tv together was cramped, only a lounge for 2 people . We ate in the courtyard most of the time and that was pleasant. Host was responsive and helpful.

Living area too small for 3 adults, ok for 2. Quite a walk to the beach when the weather is so hot. The apartment is advertised as 800+square feet but this included 2 courtyards. Inside living area is much smaller.
