The reception is not welcoming and there is no waiting area. Our fridge was not working and the outside of the building needs painting

The host was quick at answering questions and concerns. They assisted with smooth check-in. There were 3 ladies that came to clean they were quick- but too many for such a small property and they didn't dry the dishes- not a good thing. Most people were friendly and its a walk away from UShaka marine world.

The reception area was cold. Nowhere to sit and security finally giving us attention in-between, what, he was doing. There were cockroach's so you must keep the lights on, for your own peace of mind. Booking.com has debited R100- for interest without any communication- 2 days after we paid. I emailed on Sunday and have still not received any feedback. The ceiling in the main room was dirty and the headboard was falling over cause its unhinged. The place is close to the beach and Ushake, but there is nothing else to do- you must go there prepared to Uber to get to the closest shops and anybither entertainment.
