La comodidad y la tranquilidad

La ubicación. Muy cerca de la catedral y de todo lo más bonito de ver de la cuidad. Aparcamientos públicos muy cerca también. Una terraza con vistas a la catedral y a la ciudad donde pasar un rato muy agradable.

Es pequeñito, pero el espacio está muy bien aprovechado. Tiene lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana.

Tarragona is a roman city and I wanted to be near the wall. Well this is built into the wall! Small but had everything you need, even a tiny washing machine. Shower was good. The location is great, I walked to everything, few blocks to local bus stop. Technically you could walk to the train station or bus station, but the inclines and cobblestones make it rough. Just pay for a cab.

The sink is tiny! Makes a mess just brushing your teeth. It's built into stone, so there's a faint dampness that comes with that. Also I had the first floor unit. The windows let in a lot of the street noise. Nothing terrible, mostly just people stopping to catch their breath while going up the hill and commenting with each other how hard the slope is.

La doccia è grande e in cucina ci è stato fornito un kit con strofinaccio, spugnetta per lavare i piatti, spugna per pulire/asciugare il ripiano, ed il detersivo per i piatti. Abbiamo anche trovato una bottiglia d'acqua di cortesia e delle boccettine di bagnoschiuma. Il check-in è stato facile grazie alle istruzioni molto precise che ci sono state date. Ci sono anche state fornite molte informazioni di tipo turistico.

Il lavandino che sarebbe del bagno (ma è in camera) è veramente troppo piccolo. L'appartamento si trova un pochino al di sotto del livello della strada e si sentono tutte le voci delle persone che passano sul marciapiede. Di notte c'è un rumore che proviene dal bagno, come di motore continuamente acceso. L'unica padella presente era talmente rovinata nel centro da essere inutilizzabile, e forse anche dannosa per la salute. Le poche mensole disponibili per appoggiare oggetti erano a ridosso di muri di pietra grezza, che si sbriciolavano e le rendevano sporche.

Needs a better area to hang clothes & towels .

The taxi dropped me off at the foot of the hill, because no taxis allowed. So I walked some way. It was getting dark, i couldnt find the street right away and the house number. Nobody there, then I saw a man coming down the hill and asked for help even wi8th lockbox. Thankfully a trustworthy person. I slept very bad both nights, maybe because so enclosed in these old stone walls. Next day, it felt better and I imagine it has a lot of historical charm for some, but not for me.
