"Perfektes Domizil um Schwerin zu erkunden."

Sehr modern eingerichtet und bequem super zentral in Schwerin.

Zum check out bekamen wir eine Nachricht, man solle das Geschirr spülen und den Müll rausbringen. Für den Preis, den wir zahlten erwarte ich eigentlich, dass dies in der Reinigung mit inbegriffen ist.

"Spacious quiet apartment with good kitchen."

Spacious ground floor apartment 15 mins mainly flat walk from train station. Kitchen was good with capsule coffee machine and microwave but no oven. Netto supermarket 5 mins walk and 10 minutes walk into town centre and restaurants. It was quiet. Bed was big and comfortable.

Curtains too small for windows. Duvets provided but no sheets. It was a bit hot. More coffee capsules would be nice. Common entrance hall rather grubby.

Die Lage und Ruhe in der Stadt waren sehr schön. Es ist eine Erdgeschosswohnung im Altbau.

Küchenausstattung war eher minimalistisch.

Von außen unauffällige Immobilie, das Quartier aber sauber und ordentlich. Ruhige Lage, aber die Highlights von Schwerin sind alle gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist übersichtlich, aber alles Notwendige (und Sinnvolle) vorhanden. Eine Netflix-Workstation rundet das Ganze ab. Der Vermieter ist unaufdringlich, aber bei Bedarf jederzeit erreichbar (und hilfsbereit). Ein vergessenrs Bettgitter haben wir zurück erhalten.

Die etwas schwierige Parkplatzsituation (für die aber der Vermieter nichts kann).
