Super King, Close to Beach, Shops, Train, Shared Bathroom

It is BEAUTIFUL. Far exceeded my expectations both in terms of vibe and aesthetic. The bedroom was gorgeous, spacious and had everything I could want and the shower was the best I've had in years!

It’s a lovely room and really comfortable, perfect central location for the event I was attending, this is my second stay here and I would certainly book again in the future.

Comfy and good-sized room close to St Leonard’s seafront and shops.

So close to the train station, the beach and the lovely shops and cafes. The facilities were excellent and the host was very helpful and friendly! Very quiet area.

The steps up to the property from the main street especially with the luggage but no fault at all with the property at all!!

Fantastically friendly and accommodating host, very close to the shops and close to the beach, the bedroom and bed were massive and really comfortable, the bathroom was huge and modern.

The bathroom was shared but we knew that beforehand. It was very clean and being shared didn’t delay us so it wasn’t an issue really, I’m just trying to find a negative when there wasn’t really any negatives. Possibly also the parking not being guaranteed but again, that’s just being picking and there was a car park very nearby.
