The apartment is located in an old building located in the very center of the city, very close to the Golden Gate (Arco dei Sergi). The apartment is on the second floor and it should be noted that the stairs are made from the stone and quite narrow and slippery, so this accommodation is not very suitable for people with mobility difficulties, and it may not be the best for families with small children. The apartment is otherwise very nicely decorated, it has several bedrooms and it can easily accommodate six people. Communication with the owner was as simple as entering the building and collecting the keys. In the kitchen you will find all you need, it is well equipped.

Since the apartment is in the very center, you can hear a lot of noise and conversation from the surrounding streets, but it won't bother you if you close the windows. The apartment is not in one plane, but has several dilatation and stairs when you enter the rooms, which you need to pay attention to. You can have a problem how to dry your laundry after swimming at the beach cause there is no terrace or balcony neither some dryer for the clothes. The parking lot is about 500 meters away, so if you have more luggage, it is advisable to come from the upper road from which you can go down the stairs and then leave the luggage that you will take down to the apartment. Otherwise, if you don't have a lot of suitcases, then it's easier to park and take your things with you and go through the Golden Gate directly to the apartment. It is important to know that in this apartment you have only one toilet and to use it, you have to go through one bedroom, while the other bedroom also has a door that opens to the bathroom itself, which can be inconvenient. Keep in mind that if there are more of you, you will need a good schedule so that you can all get ready on time. The shower cabin has one side open, so you need to be very careful when showering so that your entire bathroom is not under water. I would like to point out that when making a reservation, you should emphasize that you are coming with two cars, because you may need to pay extra for parking costs, since the owner clarified that the price includes parking for only one car.

Nothing to say

It was a beautifully renovated 4 bedroom apartment in the centre of the old town. Lots of space for groups or families and fantastic location. Relatively easy access with suitcases it you are dropped at the lower street level. Super helpful and responsive host.

Huge property in a great location. Well equipped and modern.

Only downside was the parking but we were able to find the assigned spot after a bit of clarification from the owner.

Clean and modern

The apartment is really spacious and well-equipped. The rooms are nice, clean, and the internet worked perfectly. It is located in the old town center, and all the attractions are within walking distance.

I was a bit surprised that the private parking was quite far, approximately a 500-meter walk. Be prepared to burn some calories carrying or dragging your belongings on arrival and departure.
