eccellente l'appartamento ampio e confortevole, ottima la posizione si raggiunge il centro in un quarto d'ora a piedi ci siamo trovati molto bene la casa è molto luminosa il parcheggio vicino aveva sempre un posto libero la sera il silenzio è completo katia è professionale e precisa ci ha soddisfatto in tutto

Appartamento pulito, accogliente, conforme a quanto descritto. Buona posizione, silenzioso, dotato di tutto il necessario. Bellissima terrazza che in novembre non abbiamo potuto sfruttare, ma molto bella. Nell'appartamento abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente per la pulizia, cialde per la macchinetta del caffè, zucchero olio e sale in bustine + kit igiene bagno. Non abbiamo conosciuto personalmente Katia in quanto l'appartamento è dotato di chiave elettronica tramite app. Ci ha messo a disposizione gratuitamente anche 2 biciclette che non abbiamo utilizzato. Katia è stata molto disponibile e dettagliata nelle spiegazioni. Ci ha concesso l'arrivo al mattino e la partenza al pomeriggio. Direi SUPER CONSIGLIATO!

L'unico neo è che l'appartamento è all'ultimo piano senza ascensore. Per noi che abbiamo soggiornato pochi giorni non è stato un problema. Manca la lavastoviglie.

Location is great as it is outside the main town but in a nice part by the port and beaches. Only 20 minutes to walk in to the old town and the station if you are reasonably fit. The balcony is great and it was lovely to eat outside. The host was excellent and very helpful and communication before and during out stay was great. The accommodation had everything that you could need. A lovely bread shop and a fruit and veg shop around the corner too. Not forgetting the bonus of having bikes to use so we could make full use of the really good cycle tracks around the town.

A "Penthouse" feeling thanks to the location on the top floor and the fairly big terrace with partly covering roof. Nice table fot at least 6 people on the terrace. Nice views of the hills in the north and the sun setting in the hills. Small shops in short walking distance - meat, fish, fruit, bread, pizza, bar/café (with really good gelato). And a Coal food store just a short further walk. Well eqiupped and a lot of fine touches of care and cleanliness. Good washing machine in utility room on the terrace. There's also a sink on the terrace - very convenient for rinsing beach wear or meal preps. 2 free bikes included. Perfect for runs into centre areas / old town. Takes about 10-12 minutes in leisurely pace. Plenty of good wine glasses - not always found in holiday rental apartments 13 minutues walk to the nice nearest beach, with wide "free beach" sections and nice selection of beach bars. Even a dog beach section in the southern end. Free parking very nearby. (open air)

4th floor - no elevator. It is what it is. Beware if you are not in shape. But it's worth it, every time you go out on the terrace and take in the views.
