Augusta - Central, spacious with easy parking option

The apartment was well equipped all facilities (cooking wares, washing machine, vaccum cleaner, etc) the owner was very friendly, interactive and available, affordable price.

The apartment is located in a great area — everything you need is nearby, and it’s easy to get around. That’s probably the main advantage

Unfortunately, our stay left us with mixed feelings. When we arrived, the apartment wasn’t completely clean. We found pieces of broken glass in the hallway. The washing machine was broken: after a test run, it stopped working entirely. The host offered to call a technician, but since we work from home, that would have been inconvenient for us. As a result, we couldn’t do any laundry during our two-week stay. In the last few days, we also noticed cockroaches — one alive and one dead, both in the bathroom. Additionally, the upstairs neighbors were quite loud in the mornings: starting at 6 a.m., we could hear a barking dog and a running child. I can only recommend this place for a short stay and to those who are okay with these issues.

Great location, comfortable and tidy apartment. Host is polite and friendly.
