Beautiful downstairs 1bed 1bth charmer- Pet Friendly

Michelle was very communicative and checked in with me after night 1. The two door codes increased safety of the property. The place was spacious for myself and dog, but would likely be crammed for 4 people sharing. Bed was SUPER comfortable. It had all the amenities I needed for 2 nights.

The place doesn't seem to be located in the best part of town. It's definitely within walking distance of the farmer's market on Saturdays and right across the street from the outlet mall. You'd be able to walk to Washington Park too, but after getting stopped by a passerby asking me for money, I thought I'd be safer driving wherever I needed to go.

The inside was nice and open and inviting. We loved how close this was to everything we wanted. It was within walking or quick driving distance to great food, outlets, and the beach.

The photos online made it seem like the outside yard was well kept and inviting. The yard and yard furniture had not been maintained or weeded really at all. Also, while the house location was almost perfect, its also worth noting that its located toward the edge of a not so great neighborhood.

I really enjoyed the fact that the property owners provided extra amenities such as beach chairs and beach towels for us to take to the beach, and also cooking supplies and ingredients such as coffee, salt and pepper and silverware. Also, the couches and bed were very comfortable

Very close to the state prison and railroad tracks. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy.

Everything about the rental was great! The bed was amazing, and the decor of the unit was perfect.

Only having a short getaway to stay there.
