General decor and cleanliness. Kitchen equipment and supplies. Beds and bedding / lounge sofa.

Walking up narrow stairway left white dusty paint residue on coat; handrail unsafe. Television had no aerial and did not work; wifi code did not work and internet could not be used. Bathroom door lock did not work; no toilet roll holder. One bare bulb per room (no shades) and no other lamps / bedside lamps

I like the location, which was just around town

The steps, kitchen too crowded and not much cooking utensils available

Heating, hot water and space was great.

Probably the lighting in some of the rooms

The location was fantastic- could access the train for visiting London without car parking worries. Easy access to shops was great, apartment itself was great for a family - pretty much everything you needed.

Only tiny issue was there was no desk and chair - my eldest had to do some schoolwork and it was a bit awkward without access to somewhere to sit ad work on a PC for longer than 15 mins.
