Propere kamer, comfortabel bed. Ruim genoeg als kamer waar je als doel hebt om overdag buiten de stad te verkennen om ‘s avonds in bed te ploffen.

Je hoorde alles op de gang. Midden in de nacht werd er geroepen door iemand die op hetzelfde verdiep sliep als wij. Hij geraakte niet binnen in zijn kamer en iedereen moest dit weten. Hierdoor werd de slaaprust helaas verstoord. Ook vroegen wij ons dan af of de mensen op de gang ons dan ook konden horen als wij in de kamer aan het praten waren.

The space

The bed wasn’t really nice. To soft.

The room was really good, just like the pictures. Recently renovated so everything was new. Bed very comfortable. Location superb.. on the main road next to the caves, and not noisy. No free parking in Valkenburg, so parking right across the hotel was nice, for 12 euros/day (plus some tax). The instruction for the staff less check-in were very clear. Just be aware that an app has to be downloaded in order to do the check-in.

The bathroom had a bit of a strange smell, maybe related to ventilation. Nothing major, just something to be checked

The space and location were very good. Water pressure was nice. Kitchen and appliances were ok.

The radiators didn’t work well and in case it was very cold there was no AC/heater in the back room. There was no freezer for ice creams. And the cleanliness was not the best. A lot of dust on the plinths and some spider webs were visible. And the rugs could have some attention.

we chose to stay here because we were arriving at an odd hour of the night and the app-based check-in and key system worked seamlessly! the location is amazing - it's right under the castle ruins, there's a bus stop literally outside the door, and all the restaurants/bars and attractions are within a 5 minute walking distance. the room was very clean and comfortable. exactly like the photos and description!

the fire alarm was accidentally set off by one of the guests and took very long to turn off, with little to no help from the staff. we were surprised that no staff turned up at all to check in on the issue either.

Good location

Room wasn’t properly cleaned when I arrived. I had multiple issues with their mobile application and electronic keys. I reported that safe is not working and their staff over the phone referred to the manufacturer, when I reached out to them they said that they do not make this model and can not help. Hence, I wasn’t able to use it during my extended stay.

Location was great its in the city centre of Valkenburg. The hotel room was clean and and comfortable, it has aircontioned when its hot and heater when its cold. Its a staffless hotel but it exceeded my expectations 🙂
