Booked a smoking room only to be told you have to stand outside but I said I booked a smoking room receptionist said yes it is a smoking room but you have to stand outside

Room was clean and spacious, and staff were there to check me in and out. Towels and toiletries provided.

There was a gap underneath the door, which meant a lot of noise in the night, and I could smell others smoking. It was difficult to get to from public transport.
