I can't rate the stay highly enough. There were so may thoughtful touches - including a tray of local made goodies! It was probably one of the best places we have stayed in. The beds were really comfortable & the kitchen was really well equipped - even a picnic set, which came in handy!

"Perfect getaway."

This is the best rental we have enjoyed in the UK in years. The house is peaceful, clean and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed and more. The location is great for visiting both Norfolk and Suffolk.

It was home from home, very comfortable, everything you could possibly want and some special little extras Ev charger was another reason we booked here. The welcome pack was exceptional The bed linen smelled lovely!

Great cottage and friendly owners It was very confortable , the cottage was even more spacious than we could imagine regarding the photos We really appreciated that we could plug our EV , the food for breakfast, the good reactivity about the Internet connexion issues we had the 2e day Perfect stay in a lively area

"Great accommodation in a rural location"

The Annex is beautifully furnished with modern appliances and a well-equipped kitchen. The wet room and shower are great and there are environmentally friendly products throughout. If you have an electric car, there is a charging point onsite that you can use by prior arrangement. The welcome pack was amazing, with eggs, bread, milk, biscuits, crisps and apple juice. There was also plenty of tea and coffee. The host, Steph was friendly and communicated well before, during and after our stay.
