The property provides departure cleaning service ONLY. There is no daily maid service. The condo is equipped with cleaning equipment. There is a coin operated washer and dryer in the building. PARKING PASS: Please check if the parking pass is in the unit as soon as you arrive to the property. If the parking pass is missing, please contact us immediately on your check-in day by phone or email to report the missing parking pass. We charge a fee of 250 USD for lost parking pass. WARNING: Maximum car height is 6 feet. Large cargo vans and SUVs that are lifted or have a roof rack do NOT fit in the parking garage because of the low ceiling. If a vehicle does not fit in our garage, renter is responsible for finding and paying for alternative parking at renter’s expense.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

We loved the location and the view. Everything was so easy. The host was very informative and so quick to respond to any question. We would definitely stay there again. highly recommend.

unfortunately we were there during the start of the recreational deck renovations. very noisy during the mid day as they removed everything but cant be helped. absolutely nothing to do with the condo itself and the host so we still had a wonderful time.

Nice place next to Waikiki Beach. Nice and clean flat, and fully equipped.

Elevator was a Big Challenge on Daily basis, Way too much waitingtime. Hectic and noisy surroundings.
