Honeymoon Getaway in woods near NOC and Smoky Mtn RR

Wonderful location, cabin and amenities were just as described. Very clean! Not even a single cobweb on the exterior which was pleasantly surprising given the wooded environment. Cabin was equipped with both K-cup and a drip coffee maker which was also convenient.

Nothing against the host, I never asked the question only did an aerial recon via Google maps. I had no issues arriving in my SUV but my husband took his motorcycle (the purpose of our weekend) the entry to the cabin is a bit steep and not paved, I walked to the top then jumped on. If entering from Telico Plains Rd be advised you'll be on about two miles of dirt road before the asphalt picks up, again, no issue for a vehicle but an FYI for my two-wheeled friends :) We would definitely stay there again just enter a different route from Franklin.

Views were amazing. Cabin was beautiful.

Everything was clean, peaceful & a great place to stay. Quick responses to email.

My only complaint was I could never figure out how to turn on icemaker.

The Hot Tub next to the grill and fireplace was absolutely wonderful!

There was a good bit of dog hair and spiderwebs throughout the cabin. I understand this is a pet friendly place, but the cabin could use a good deep clean.

We loved that the property was quiet and tucked away so we could enjoy ourselves. We loved the views and appreciated the cleanliness of the cabin.

The ice maker in the fridge was not working.
