Site très agréable ! Un émerveillement. Plage calme, qui n est pas envailli de monde. Propre, chambre sur pilottis au top et superbe vue ! Petit déjeuner au top

Prévenir de l accessibilité en bateau ( pour les personnes âgées par exemple) a marée haute en est trempé ! Et prévoir des espèces pour les traversées...un peu chère ! Lenteur du service au restaurant de l hôtel

ATTENTION car ce commentaire ne concerne pas l'établissement. Même si l'établissement devrait informer sa clientèle car au final c’est le séjour qui est gâché. NE SURTOUT PAS MANGER AU RESTAURANT DE PLAGE :"THE CLIFF CAFE AND RESTAURANT". Ce sera une intoxication alimentaire assurée et vous vomirez toute la nuit avec 4 jours compliquées. Ça été le cas pour ma femme et mon fils. Séjour complètement gâché à cause de ce restaurant. Restaurant

An das tägliche Knattern der Longtailboote muss man sich gewöhnen. Aber gehört halt dazu.

Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is situated on a quiet beach, shared with only a few small other hotels. It is a stunning area. Lots of different areas to sit and explore. There is a jungle path which you can walk to railay and only takes 15 minutes. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. A few previous reviews complained of wildlife in the rooms..yes there is very small cracks in the rear walls but your booking a hotel within nature! Only a few small geckos ever made it into the room. No issues. We got to see the monkeys roaming the beachfront one morning which was fantastic. Yes this hotel is on a premium price closer to a european hotel but it is worth it! Lots of poorer quality hotels in Ao Nang charging more. Would highly recomend a short stay at this resort.

There is isn't anything we really didn't like but important to highlight a few things; I'd only stay here if your plan is to only use the hotel facilities or visit Railay. The boats to get to and from the resort are 600-1000 baht which adds up if your doing that a few times ( prices more expensive after 6pm). A few previous reviews complained about the price of the hotel restaraunt. Yes it is more expensive than local thai food spots but it's still cheaper than any european hotel by far (lots of places in Ao Nang charging more). Food is not fantastic but it is still very enjoyable - main and drink for 400 baht mark served views over the beach. Small cheaper food spots available a 5 min walk behind hotel which we tried one night and it was good. We did arrive before the 3pm check in time so our room wasn't ready. We were able to use the facilites but they could not give us a towel as they had none left. For the price of the hotel, towels running out should't be an issue. They did apologise and as soon as were able to check in we got towels.
