Loft con terraza, parking y piscina en verano-sebcan

The location was excellent. Overall, the apartment was satisfactory. The terrace was particularly appealing, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Additionally, the building itself is quite nice.

The swimming pool was closed, despite the temperatures reaching 35-40 degrees! The cleanliness could definitely be improved. The terrace could also use better maintenance. Additionally, the bathroom door was broken; given that it's made of glass, I found this to be somewhat hazardous. Although I was informed that someone would come to inspect it, no one did. Overall, the apartment appeared more well-kept and modern in the pictures than it did in reality.

We spent a week in this apartment during Easter holidays. Great apartment I must say. Very spacious (around 100 m2), it’s a loft so all open space. There is a roof terrace of the same size with dining table and garden lounge area. Ideal to enjoy a drink after longs walks in Madrid. The loft itself has all amenities, everything you need to be able to cook if you want. The old ground coffee machine could be replaced by a more modern Nespresso type machine (note to owner !). Note that it is pure white everywhere. No decoration at all, nothing on the walls, so rather impersonal. On a positive note, WI-FI (optic fiber) connection is great. Air conditioning (hot & cold) works well. The underground parking space is very spacious. The building is very modern and very quiet. The area where it is located is just perfect. Not too noisy, but close to 2 underground stations (Lavapies & Embajadores) where you can go very easily to the centre. You are within walking distance of Reina Sofia museum. You have a very nice LIDL around the corner to make your food shopping at a reasonable price. The main bed is of a great size and is very comfortable.

Drawback, the hygiene is not sufficient. After taking out the bedsheets and pillow covers, we discovered there were a lot of brown stains… This is not very cool in the hospitality business. Rather easy to have 2 sets of everything, get it washed during 2 customers, so each customer can at least enjoy something that has been washed… The convertible sofa is more a plain sofa that is not convertible !!! it is not converting into a bed at all. You sleep where you sit. Cover with bedsheets and that’s it. I mean for a Sofa, to sit and relax, it is nice and big, agreed. But for sleeping during a week, it is not big enough nor comfortable enough. If you are a family with 2 kids, that won’t work. Second drawback, you must note before renting that there are no blinds/shutters for the huge windows. Another thing that annoyed me if the fact that there was no physical welcome. All was done by WhatsApp with instructions on how to access the building, the apartment and the parking. Also got a warning that if we break the remote control, it will cost us 80 euros… The remote was already repaired with adhesive tape !!! Bienvenido !!! We had another message later in the week to remind us that we have to leave around 11h00 on departure day and must take care of the trash bins the day before… Adios !!! Business is business. Honestly I have seen much better hospitality !!! Also do not expect to get any advice on places, restaurants, stuff to do. There was not even anything in the flat like touristic material. If we come here, surely is to visit… Anyway, as a conclusion, the place is good, you will spend a good time for sure, but there is room for improvement for the price paid.
