"My room was changed due to the heat not working. The shower curtain rod fell while I was taking a shower. I would have g"

The front desk staff were nice.

The room smelled like dog hair, the heat was not working, the shower curtain had mold. The tv was on when I came into the room because it cannot be turned off with the remote. It had to be turned off manually.

"I didn’t stay at this hotel I asked them to change for one night and refund my money"

Nothing about the hotel the pictures was miss leading only the front desk was like the online picture.

The hotel was trying to get me to sign my signature where it didn’t say sign here nor did it say initial here, so I question why am I signing something that’s clearly doesn’t say sign here nor do it have information about what I’m signing.
