we booked this months in advance for a 2 night trip away, we seen on quite a few Warrington face book forums that this property had a BAD reputation for cancelling so I was checking my booking weekly and it was confirmed. I couldn’t book anywhere else as everywhere was fully booked! I messaged on the day we arrived asking for an earlier check in (it was still confirmed) they responded that it’s been cancelled and booking.com is of fault. We was in Warrington with no where to stay. The scam is they allow people to book them up and if someone comes along and they can get more money for the room they will double book and not bother letting booking.com know about it. I have been in the phone to booking.com who have informed me this was entirely the property’s fault and I’ve raised a formal complaint against this property to have it removed off booking.com as it should be a trusted site. We are now going home as no where to stay!

Nothing all ok

It is a very comfortable room. Not too large, not too small. Very clean, equipped with a very large screen with Netflix and Amazon Prime. That was very nice. Everything was a promised. It was a 9 minute walk from the bus Interchange and the central train station. All the toiletries were provided and the room is very well decorated.

Nevertheless I have to say that the booking page says: "Entire apartment". This is not true. All you get is the room with private bathroom. There will be other people on the flat. Nevertheless, the room entry is the first door after you enter the flat, so you don't have to interact with anybody to access the room.

Really good value for money. Room was great! Plus, Netflix and Amazon already available on the TV were amazing :)
