"A lovely place to stay that’s convenient to get to the city without having to be in the heart of the hustle and bustle."

The property is in a peaceful neighborhood which is surprising considering it’s just a few blocks away from a busy street. It was cozy and the host was very accommodating. They even gave directions on using the transit system. The rental is in the bottom level of the host’s home with a private entrance and even though we knew they were there, we never saw them.

It could have been a little cleaner. The sofa is a little stained and the floors needed a good sweeping. Also, the house has radiator heating which the host controls and it bangs a little but it definitely warms up the rooms.

The public transport, safe neighborhood, clean rooms, free bottle of wine and chocolates. The host was very helpful and responsive. It was very nice of the host to provide us with a late check out without any charge.

"Beautiful new property, very clean and good neighbourhood with plenty of parking space’s"

Property was at good location. Newly build with all the appliances you might in trip available. + the washing machine and dryer was really helpful. Host was really good in responsing. We were having our own car so from place to downtown manhattan was like 10-15 minutes which was really convenient. Highly recommend this property
