私は日本人です。1月の初めから4泊しました。 (良かった点) •このエリアは人気のリゾートエリアなのでたくさんの外国人が泊まっていますが、このホテルはプライベートビーチでそこまで人が多くないのでとてもリラックスできます。 •ホテル内の植物、道、建物は常に綺麗に掃除されていて、よかったです。 •プールも浅い所から深いところは2.2メートルあり泳いでいて気持ちよかったです。 •スタッフは皆さん親切で「Xin Chào」(こんにちは)と言うと素敵な笑顔で返してくれます。 •ビーチフロントヴィラに宿泊しましたが、部屋は清潔でしっかりと掃除されており、アロマも焚かれとても快適に過ごせました。虫は室内で一匹も見ませんでした。また、部屋の掃除を頼む度にメモ書きを残しておりましたが、毎回返事のメモも残してくれていてとても親切に感じておりました。 •ミニバーがフリーで何よりお水がたくさん飲めるのがありがたい。 •私のつたない英語でも親身に聞いてくれて、スタッフの皆さんが一生懸命に滞在をサポートしてくれました。 •ピックルボール(ミニテニスのようなもの、これはぜひ試してみてください)、アーチェリー、サップ、カヤック、クッキング教室など様々なアクティビティがあり、一日ずっとホテルにいてリラックスしながら楽しめるのが最高でした。 •ビーチは引き潮の時が一番綺麗です。天気にもよりますがよく観察していると面白いです。ビーチに流れてくるゴミもスタッフが小舟で沖で回収しており、ホスピタリティを感じました。 •夕日を見るには最高です。本当に美しい。 •朝食はとても美味しく、日本人もとくに気にせず何でも食べれます。 •スパ、バーの値段も特段高いと感じることはありませんでした。お酒も美味しかったです。 •警備スタッフが一日中常駐しており、監視カメラでホテル内を見てくれているので安心できます。 •ホテルの向かいにある、「LINDA Restaurant 」はとても美味しい海鮮料理を食べれます。スタッフもホスピタリティに溢れ何より安く食べれます。日本人にもお勧めなのでぜひ行ってみてください。 (気になった点) •ホテルの横の建物の工事が日中あり、それがうるさかった ですが、スタッフの方が自主的に注意してくれたり、気を遣ってくれました。土日は工事はないようです。 •妻とサップを2つ借りましたが、そのうち1つのサップにフィンが付いておらず、コントロールが効かず沖まで流され少し危なかったです。この事はスタッフにも伝えましたので、きっと改善されてると思います。 このホテルは日本人でも安心して、言葉通り非日常の素敵な時間を過ごせます。 ベトナム語のスペルがわからず申し訳ありませんが、ホンさん、イェンさん、そしてその他スタッフの皆さん、素敵な時間をありがとう。またいつかぜひ宿泊したいと思います。

La struttura è piacevole, con tanto verde, ben curata. Abbastanza vicina (4,5 km) la Night Market, il centro della vita in questa zona. La camere era spaziosa, con parziale vista sul mare. Purtroppo senza praticamente cassetti, solo un armadio. Colazione non particolarmente brillante. Tutto bene… se non si viene qui per stare su una bella spiaggia e fare il bagno. La zona lettini/ombrelloni è bella, ma purtroppo situata su un terrapieno e per raggiungere il mare si devono scendere delle scale. Il che non sarebbe grave. Il problema è che il pezzettino di spiaggia sul mare è veramente stretto e ci sono (in mare, per terra, lungo tutto il muro) delle protuberanze lunghe che, mi hanno detto, servono a proteggere la struttura dalle mareggiate/onde. Non sono accettabili. Non ho fatto il bagno. Per fortuna, vicino ci son delle spiagge non male, ma la più belle (indicatami dall’hotel) è SAO beach, a una mezzoretta di auto/scooter. Ne vale senz’altro la pena. Personale tutto molto cortese, in particolare la Manager Mrs. Vi, sempre disponibile.

We had a wonderful time here, even if it’s located close to a busy street with lots of restaurants it’s so calm and quiet at the resort. Beautiful place and very good service! Would recommend!

The gym could need an update, but still works.

The location room and service are all excellent and could not fault anything but have 3 small suggestions. The breakfast buffet could offer a wider cereal or more western choices but the food available was excellent quality. Secondly as the windows have Venetian blinds the bedroom is not completely dark especially if the room is next to a resort light. So suggest an additional blackout blind. Lastly the room doors need a better seal or brush strip at the bottom as they allow small lizards into the room. I am not scared of them but some people obviously won’t want a lizard in the room. Just suggesting some minor improvements.

Excellent location and great variety of choice, friendly and relaxed.

It was all good.

The beds are incredibly comfortable. The room is super cosy. The location is ideal. The staff are polite, kind and helpful.

There are things in the room that need fixing. I did not like the state of the bar in the pool or the fitness room. Everything looks rusty. I wonder why these areas aren't maintained when all the others seem to be.
