"Awful toilet smell ruins a nice house."

The location, just next door to triana market but still quite silent

There was a tremendous sewage stink coming out of the toilet. We informed the owner and she said she would have sent cleaners and supply chemicals to improve this issue, but noone showed up. This made us have our new year's dinner with windows open to release part of the bad smell. Just unacceptable. The house is new and beautifully furnished, but this smell just ruins everything. The lack of care from the owner is total.

Best location, very nice, lively, lots of bars, restaurants, well-stocked marketplace right next to apartment. Comfortable mattress, cozy apartment.

"Beautiful Seville property"

This property was so beautiful. Furnishings were really lovely and bed was comfortable. Simple kitchen for self-catering, fantastic location. Host was really responsive and very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend, so nice.

There was a smell from the plumbing but this didn't detract from our stay. We would highly recommend this property for every other reason.
