Radisson RED Hotel & Radisson RED Apartments, Kraków

Friendly staff and clean modern hotel. Not worth £160 a night though

There’s a correct ratio between price and quality.

Everything was fine. My only comment would be that staff is polite but not warm or friendly. It's the little bit that took away from the stay being perfect. But we did encountered this throughout our stay in Poland. The food was really good at the hotel restaurant.

Great location, very modern and clean. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are roomy.

Overall a very good hotel for a good nightly rate. Modern and clean rooms. Only temperature Control insufficient. It was too warm during the night. When opening a window it becomes loud as the hotel is located at a main road.

Scheinbar neues Hotel, das super gut und modern eingerichtet ist. Sehr schöne Zimmer und Bad, mit einem suoer Haarföhn und sonstigen kleinen Gadgets, die man gut brauchen kann als Frau. :-) Restaurant direkt unten, mit gigangischem Morgenbuffet.

Loved this hotel, so easy to get to the old town and other parts of the city either by foot or by tram. Only a 10minute walk to the train station and big shopping centre. The Italian restaurant on site was great. Breakfast was superb, huge selection of items. I’d stay here again. Lovely staff on reception that gave me a few plasters as my shoes had given me a blister! Can’t wait to come back on my next stay in Krakow

Excellent Hotel, spotless, new and modern. Large and beautiful rooms, spacious shower (but relatively weak water flow...), delicious breakfast and friendly staff. 10 minute drive by Uber to the old town. Excellent value for money. Totally recommended.
