Lovely views from the back if the house..so peaceful

It was a little further out of Helmsley than we thought for walking. There were 5 of us so could have done with another armchair in sitting room.. The facilities were adequate. The children enjoyedvyheir stay

The peace and quiet. Cosy room and very comfy bed. Great kitchen facilities. Well designed. Easy walk into Helmsley.

Booking.com didn't state the name of the cabin, so there was a bit of confusion at check-in. No washing up liquid provided, yet asked to wash pots before departure. Would've been nice to have some milk included for the price of the room. Unfortunately, the shower flooded the bathroom floor, a minor inconvenience.

Facilities were excellent, everything was spotless when we arrived and it was evident so much thought had gone into everything! All appliances were modern & up to date, and really helpful instructions were left regarding how to use things in the lodge as well as info about the local/surrounding areas. Laura was extremely helpful and checked in with me by text which was very thoughtful and much appreciated! The location itself is great, nice and peaceful and a short distance from pubs & restaurants if you want that.

Nothing at all - we had a fab time!
