Very disappointed!!! We booked your Bnb because we required a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home with air conditioning. When we arrived the air conditioner in the upper bedroom was not working. We informed you of the situation and you stated you would send housekeeping. You also stated later you would contact an air conditioning technician. Then later you said you needed to contact a specialized ac technician . How you could possibly know this without coming to the home is still a mystery to me.You also told us a few times . We needed to be patient.  We gave you the benefit of the doubt due to the fact it was Saturday and Sunday. Yet Monday and Tuesday came. And you didn’t even contact us. To update us on the situation. Our five day stay is over now. And You never once sent anyone to fix the problem. Even though you said you would. This was the worst stay we’ve ever had anywhere.  You did not provide us with what we paid for.

Great location, big rooms with all you will need, rooftop balcony with amazing view. Lovely host.

Great flat with all needed appliances. Remember it's 4 floors with stairs. Great for 2-4 people. Best location near Valletta center. Safe neighborhood, right next to police department. In march we parked a car near the apartment, everyday, without any problems.

The location was ideal for Valletta. 7 mins walk to bus station. . Made our own greakfast.

Not very much. As we stayed for three weeks a change of towels would have been nice.

Location was excellent, a short stroll to Valletta and also close to the bus station making it easy to explore the island.

The townhouse requires a little love, maybe this is because it's the end of the season. I would also say that if you have mobility issues this is not the property for you. A very narrow front door and 4 sets of steep stairs.
