Mooi en groot appartement. Zesde verdieping met lift en tevens hoogste verdieping. Niemand boven je. Twee balkons met zeezicht. Twee grote slaapkamers. 2 badkamers met allebei een wc. Eigen zwembad, eigen parkeerplek. Appartement in voorzien van een airco. Direct via eigen toegang op mooi schoon zandstrand. Rustige omgeving, geen toeristen, alleen maar pensionado's. Centrum is vlakbij met restaurants en winkels die allemaal zeer betaalbaar zijn en een stuk goedkoper dan in Nerdeland.

Parkeerplaats is in eigen parkeergarage. Is heel moeilijk en krap om je auto neer te zetten. Vooral als je een grote auto hebt. Airco in appartement mag meer power hebben. Heeft grote moeite om appartement koel te houden.

Clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped apartment with two bathrooms and easy access to beaches, restaurants and supermarkets.

Roadworks outside made it quite hard to find, and noisy during the daytime. The secure car park is not worth the extra as the allocated space is extremely hard to get out of and there is free parking on the street outside.

Wonderful views from the balconies, comfortable bed, modern televisions in lounge and mail bedroom and well equipped kitchen. 2 bathrooms and plenty of storage space ideal for a small family. Friendly and helpful host. Parking on street is possible during the low season but in high I would recommend the apartment s underground facility, adds to the cost but very secure.

We had a problem finding it just using the address provided. The apartment is in the Sicorsis building almost at the end of Passeig Maritim, entrance at the side via door no.2 It's on the 6th floor, apartment E but there is a small lift right to the door! Our host quickly answered our call for help in finding it and came down to meet us.

Everything was perfect!
