The manager is incredibly responsive and always ready to address any concerns. The service made my stay so comfortable—I would definitely stay here again.

Our experience was horrible we had issues with the WiFi the manager Claudine was not helpful at all. Her lack of communication was terrible. The room I stayed in the sheets were dirty, we had dirty towels. The security guard came into our apartment and stole 2 credit cards and cash out of my friend’s purse. Claudine blocked my friends phone number and deleted message thread through WhatsApp security also deleted stills from video during the time frame we were there and when the guard came into apartment

Very nice apartment, used it during the African Games so this was a repeat visit and they did not disappoint

J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement. Présence d'ascenseur, quartier calme, l'immeuble bénéficiait d'une sécurité. Une salle de sport à disposition pour les résidents.

Première fois que sur booking, je suis contacté dans les minutes qui suivent ma réservation en ligne, pour s'avoir si nous n'avions besoin de rien d'autre avant notre arrivée. Claudine a été aux petits soins. Elle a trouvé des solutions à toutes nos requêtes. Excellent.

Améliorer le taux de conversion du montant à payer selon booking et celui payé réellement sur place. Cela devrait être le même.
