"Very easily accessible for coop live & Etihad stadium"

Everything was 100% as advertised. Our son is in a wheelchair and being ground floor was very easily accessible. It is literally a 5min walk to the coop live arena and Etihad stadium. Could actually hear the killers doing the sound check before.

"Great Apartment for gigs/ football"

Location is fantastic for both the etihad and coop arena. Just a short walk from the tram stop, asda and macdonalds.

Check in was delayed but it was more than made up for as the owner bought us some drinks to make up for it.

"Just the job for visiting Etihad or Coop Live as it’s less than 5minutes walk away"

Very convenient for concert venue. Well appointed with small but useable kitchen and dining area. Big TV, comfortable beds, one en-suite room. Didn’t meet owners but they were very solicitous

Short of towels: no hand towels in bathroom or kitchen, no tea towels for drying. Some milk in fridge would have been good + instructions for coffee machine. Cleaning charge for one night stay seemed a lot. Advertised for 6 people but 4 would feel busy.
