VILEEN Rishikesh - A Wellness Resort by Ganga Kinare

A tranquil oasis in a stunning setting, after a long journey we’ve had 3 days of total relaxation. The hotel offers brilliant facilities and is immaculate. All of the team Mr Vishal, Soni, Harshita Sunita and Deepak provided excellent service throughout our stay and couldn’t do enough for myself , Mother and sister . The restaurant was excellent too , providing healthy food and a varied menu, again all the staff provided excellent service. This was a special trip for us and our stay at Vileen made it extra special . Would highly recommend staying here and we will be back !

I believe it can deliver more warmth though it was there but much more is expected from 5 star properties.. as when u have already experienced the hospitality of Oberoi's.. u always feel less from others

Management is poor. You can see it on the restaurant floor, where they didn't know how to serve dinner. They served part of the main dish to part of the people, and then the soup, and then starters and then the rest of the main. They made a mess. The rooms are badly maintained, as you can see in the flood we had, and problems with electricity. For everything they say sorry, but sorry never helps. The place is mentioned for wheelchairs, but it is a lie. It is a fraud, a lot of stairs and no way you can come with handicaps or wheelchairs. Be aware... The distance from Rishikesh itself is a 60 min drive. So make sure you plan rides as well. The staff knows very bad English, and communication is poor. All in all the worst value for money ever. Stay away from the hotel. We took the suit of 2 floors, on the second floor the toilet and bath are terrible. Not for tall people. If you are above 170 cm stay away from the second floor
