Reception was very friendly and welcoming.

Windows in apartment had to be kept closed at all times because when open it was very easy for my 4 and 5 year old to climb up and fall out window. The fridge stank. The bathroom was painfully small and the water extremely difficult to adjust , from cold to scalding hot. The aircon didn't work well. Apartment was extremely hot.

We had a great experience, all staff were friendly and courteous. The complex is well maintained, beautiful gardens and our unit was exactly as in the pictures, well decorated, well equipped and clean. Well done we had an awesome memorable time!!

The place was well kept with a lot of facilities.

The furniture is old and not good quality. The "TV" in the room did not work. Facilities couldn't fix it. We had to request clean towels, not provided. The fridge handle was steaky and never cleaned. There were not two plates that looked the same. The windows were so dirty you could hardly see through it.

I liked everything about the accomodation,it was near the beach ,mall walking distance and the activities within the premises 👍

Tje shower was not working we even had to call maintenance to check it..we struggled again with the stove ..I think there should be some instructions put on the wall next to the stove with how to operate the stove..
