The pool and the backyard setting was very nice. Bathroom facilities and kitchen were cleaned to a high standard. The use of the washing machine and tumble dryer was a great addition. The house was decorated in a very pleasant manner. Great supply of amenities to use.

A lot of the amenities were very wore, tired and dirty. This included most of the outdoor furnishings, bed linen with holes, stains body hair and nail clippings discovered when making the beds on the 1st morning. Stains on the bathroom shower curtain, dirty floors on arrival (kids socks were black). Similarly the house itself was very tired and needed some attention. Wires loose throughout especially outdoors. We struggled to get into the property as we were given a code however we didn’t know where to use it! The security was poor. No curtains or cover to the front door which was plain glass with direct views onto the main road, the side gate had no lock at night, no covers / curtains for any doors to the back. We felt very exposed.

The entire home was perfect, very clean and comfortable for an entire family. I loved it and really enjoyed my stay.

Comfortable and clean. Lovely pool and situation next to the waterway. Good location in terms of access to shops, restaurants, beaches and the I95.

Nothing really. The beds were a little soft for us but obviously that's a personal thing.
