The arrangement is good.

The whole unit smelled like bleach the moment we came in.

I like it because it is spacious and comfortable. It is really good for family and friends to stay with. It is safe and there are lots of amenities. And you can have a really good stay at the place. We Highly recommend the place. Thank you! It was relaxing to stay in the place.

We did not know where is the reception area. On where to check in and check out. WE have to make call. And also What if we have no load on our cellphone? We have not seen the guard at the lobby when we passed by. There's nobody we could talk to when we check out. We have to leave early like around 5 in the morning because we are travelling from island to island.

The place is so clean and owner is very accommodating.

Maybe the water leakage of the bidet in the CR. Our feet gets wet whenever. Other than that, the unit is great.

I love the fact that there's two rooms. That was our deciding factor plus it was near lantaw dumaguete so breakfast buffet is just a walking distance.. So the location is perfect if you plan to explore dumaguete city

The lobby going to the unit because some unit had to open there doors when they cook and we could smell it plus it's very humid in the lobby.. No window, no ac.. So it was very hot. Good thing it's just a few steps going to our rented unit. All in all, except of the very humid lobby, the area is perfect because of the location
