Owner was friendly but ambiance is not good. Identify the property itself was difficult. No signage were placed.

It's such a nice place! The room is small, but exactly like on the pictures. Otherwise the room + bathroom were really clean! We felt very welcome at the place and loved to try some of the sweets! Good plus is you can get some filtered water, so you don't have to buy plastic water bottles. If ever back in Mumbai, we will come again! :-)

The owner Mr. Manish has been very nice.He printed my flight itinerary and allowed me to stay 2 hours after check out and was always asking me to leave a good review.

The property is nothing but a bakery. The office and storage area of 2 meters wide was converted into 2 interleading rooms with recycled boards. 1 with 2 bunks and the other a double bed. The mattress is folded fabric of about 10cm placed on old doors. The sheets were clean. The place is filthy and at night you can hear rats in the ceiling. Bathroom is shared with staff, and there is no hot water but it was boiled and provided. There is no garden or playground on enquiry I was directed 300 meters away and it was very unlikely. Mr Manish false advertisement makes it very difficult for the poor tourist but thanks for being kind.

A Fab Budget Stay, very Clean Room, New Linen, Great Ac, and Value for money. Very Central Safe Market location, with a Wide variety of Snacks and Sweets. Strongly recommended Budget Stay

An exceptional experience, for the budget stay.From the warm hospitality to the cozy ambience and a variety in Menu, breakfast to snacks, to a meal. Very clean and Great hygiene is maintained, every moment was a soothing. Highly recommend this gem for a truly memorable Budget stay!!!
