A nice property that provides a glimpse of Royal luxury. The staff is cordial and willing to go extra mile for guests' comfort.

Cleanliness is an issue, but staff was very prompt in cleaning.

The Saff tried to do thier best to make me feel at home. But the 'Palace' needs major maintenance. overhaul and upkeep. Mr. Shekhavat, the Manaher of the property is a kind and very helpful person. He even gave me a ride to airport when the taxi failed to arrive in time. Thank you Shri Shekhavat ji

As I said the Palace seems to be falling apart. Plumbing and electric fixtures needs to be replaced. They are corroding and in dire need of some serious upgrade.

T’he property is a former residence of one of the Bikaner maharani and from the point of view of the architecture, is a very interesting Deco building. The suites are very huge and the furniture is very nice, also in the Deco style.

T’he building is very poor maintained, it needs a huge renovation. I booked a suite but when I reached the property they pretended to give me a lower category room, when I complained they show me another room, but was again a lower category, finally I showed them the Booking room picture, and only then they gave me the room booked.

Well only the location of the property is good

It wasn’t like a hotel. Felt like a home stay, over priced for the facilities offered. Staff is too intrusive doesn’t allow visitors or guests in rooms in day time. Feels like some moral policing by the staff and owner. Upkeep of the property is really bad.
