Cozy 2 bedroom condo walking distance from the beach

Construction going on kinda messy and our assigned parking spots were full of stuff, the add says walking distance to beach which there is none had to drive,dirty floors when we arrived and dirty socks under the bed, broken towel holders in bathroom, dirty pots and pans,smelled like cigarette smoke

The location was perfect

The property was clean and very cozy. My 2 year old granddaughter loved having lots of room to play.

Bed was great! Like others said, this really is a cozy place. Kids loved the xbox and TV.

Overall the place was really clean, with one exception. The bathroom shower curain was moldy. My contact said thry would resolve that with the cleaning people.

Location was great as far as very close to beach trail and beach access as well as town. Loved the next door neighbor’s hummingbirds! Saw deer right out the back window. Lovely in many ways and in the end was very relaxing place. Clean. Host is very responsive and communicative. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice to have the washer and dryer due to stinky beach sand.

On the first floor so no ocean view—I knew this going in but it affected my satisfaction more than I thought it might. Place is a little dated. Could use some paint and new fixtures. Clean enough but I do yoga and so spend time on the floor and see underneath things—could use a good deep clean / detailing at some point as nooks and crannies show it’s been awhile. Not a luxury stay but very decent. However, for two people seemed overpriced for what it was. Thin ceiling / hard floors so can hear overhead neighbors’ every move. Probably a great value if staying with a big group / family. Not so much solo or with just 2 people.

Clean and convenient. Great value. Good facilities.

The couch was sun unbelievably uncomfortable and we had rented so there would be a place to gather so that was disappointing but not the end of the world.
