Hygeine and cleaning missing, toilets not maintained,water, towel, etc had to be chased,,, not intercom,, bad smell in room, mats not available, broken furniture, hangers not available in cabinet, leaking taps, tv not working, ac remote not available

I Don't the Receptionist fraud😡 Because When i Booked Room Of Hotel O Silver Key KD Plaza, Saket Then its Price Shows in Booking.com Around Rs-615 Something Then When I Go With My Freind There Then Receptionist was I Asking Me For Give A Around Rs-1100😤, When I Said Him "Why You Asking Me To Give Rs-1100 Extra Money, Even That Its Price Showing Rs-615 Around On Website", He Said "Extra Charges Is For GST VST Which Is Not Its Shows In Website If Booking.com" Tell Me!! Anyone How is This Fraud Speading Around In Indian Hotels, This Is Very Shamefull🤦‍♂️😡
