The house is generally okay, but from a Muslim friendly perspective, there are a few things that could be improved. The kitchen window is wide open with no tint or cover at all, which is quite exposing. When using the bathroom, shadows of the body can be seen from the outside, which made us feel uncomfortable. My husband and I had to get creative and cover the kitchen window with plastic for privacy. Another point since it’s a new area with no nearby shops, it would really help if the host could consider providing a water filter. It was quite difficult for us to get clean drinking water, unlike other Airbnbs we’ve stayed at that usually provide one. Overall, with a few adjustments, it could be a much more comfortable stay, especially for Muslim families.
