Maya Bay Residences at Gamuda Cove, Next to SplashMania

Excellent location, if you're in Gamuda Cove to visit the Waterpark (Splash Mania) or the Paya Indah Wetlands. Bonus point - the swimming pool is huge. Entry to the apartment is easy (except for the keybox, which is BAD) and there were plenty of parking around the apartment.

NO WIFI in the room, as such the so called "smart TV" is practically useless. Need to change the keybox as the silver colour made it extremely difficult to set the code and open the box. I spent almost 5 minutes trying to set the right code and even had to use the light from my phone to confirm the right codes. Very bad design. There were ants crawling in the bathroom. Limited places to eat around the area, other than 2 mamak restaurants. Lastly, visitors are supposed to park at the "Visitors Parking" but there we no signs indicating which parking lots are for visitors. So we just parked at one of the empty space.

i like that it feels homey. clean, comfortable, and for me, i would recommend it for a short stay. harga reasonable, will definitely datang lagi selepaa ni. terima kasih!

The residents look exclusive, clean and very safe. The facility also has an excellent pool,gym and playgrounds.

The location is quite far from the mall,shop and choice of any restaurant. Only mamak restaurant is a nearby walk distance. Must have a car if you want to stay here.

We decided to stay here as we wanted to visit Splashmania and Paya Indah Wetlands. It is a self-check in apartment and managed by Plush service. I am very satisfied with the whole booking process from check in to check out. The apartment itself is new, very affordable and comfortable for a 4 pax family. Kitchen and bathroom utilities as well as towels are all provided. I am especially grateful that Plush doesn't bother us that much, just letting us know about how to self check in, general T&C and a reminder to check out. Other service companies would hassle you with conditions like putting the trash out at the trash room, keep the room squeaky clean yada yada or else deposit burn. My greatest compliment most of all goes to the security managing the Tower. They are very friendly and corteous to the residents, and very helpful like a Hotel Concierge. I haven't experienced that in other apartments I booked.

The apartment could use some important items which otherwise are missing in the room: 1. Bathroom/toilet hooks for hanging towel when showering. There were none. 2. Microwave The neighbourhood is fairly new and shops/restaurants are yet to open. Therefore only 2 nasi kandar/mamak joints were around. Otherwise, the nearest drive is to Dengkil R&R. Hence, buy some food/shop for grocery at nearby town prior to check in.
