Świetna lokalizacja, wygodne łóżko w sypialni, ładny i spójny wygląd wnętrza (choć dość oszczędnie urządzone). Cicho pomimo lokalizacji tuż przy ulicy. Apartament na parterze, nie posiada patio (jest małe pomieszczenie zewnętrzne z miejscem na suszarkę na pranie; nie ma pralki). Podstawowe wyposażenie kuchni, przygotowany płyn do mycia naczyń). Wszystkie atrakcje turystyczne w zasięgu spaceru. Najbliższy sklep spożywczy 2 minuty spacerem. Do dworca autobusowego 5 minut.

Pilot do telewizora nie działał; butelka wody mineralnej byłaby miłym akcentem na powitanie.
