Amazing Swedish 3 ROOMS Apartment in the City Center

Great location, big, quiet and clean apartment.

The location was the only one thing I liked . It is in the city center with great public transport.

The apartment was extremely dirty. The walls were covered with food residue, the dishes were burnt, and the microwave was disgusting. The oven was unusable. The bathroom and shower were covered in dark, built-up grime along the edges that looked like it had been there for years. I was traveling with my two children, and I felt uncomfortable even letting them shower there. The bed was clean, but the furniture was dusty, and under the bed there was about 1 cm of dust and rubbish. All the light switches were black with dirt. I honestly didn’t even want to touch anything. I contacted reception immediately after our arrival. They said they would send someone to clean, but nobody came. I then asked to be put in contact with the manager. The manager did not have time to call me during the day but rang the doorbell after 20:00 in the evening without any notice, when we were already in our pyjamas. I was shocked. I am sorry to share this — I usually avoid writing negative reviews — but this experience really pushed me to my limits. The manager called me the next day after we had already left and asked me to send pictures of the issues. I sent him the photos, which I will also upload here. ( I have 50 pictures bit here only 4 pictures are allowed. Not showing the reality. ) He told me that my son probably has a dust allergy because I am “too clean.” I was shocked by this response. After seeing the pictures, he promised to refund 50% of the rental, but I never heard from him or the company again. I did not receive any refund, nor any further communication. I am very sorry that such a host is allowed to continue operating and damage the experience of visitors to our beautiful city, Budapest.

Excellent location. The management responds quickly and is very responsive. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything necessary for cooking.

There are only three chairs, so not all guests can sit at the table. The bathroom door does not close. There is also an issue with the entrance door — we were unable to lock it with the key. Dear management, please leave clear instructions by the entrance door so guests know how to lock it.
