Amazing Swedish 3 ROOMS Apartment in the City Center

Apartment was large and bright, rooms spacious. Good shower. There is modern lift. Location fabulous. Public transport connections on the doorstep. Felt safe walking the streets in the area even in the wee hours (my friend departed on bus at 3.20am) Following a delayed check-in (hosts' issue), I informed host I planned to delay my check out the same length of time, and while they never responded, nobody turned up to hassle me at the listed check-out time.

Communication with host up to day of check-in was excellent. We had requested early check-in if possible, and were told they would let us know. I called on Whats App a number of times, no response. Eventually asked where the code was at 15.20 (check-in is stated from 15.00)....Got message back "We will send the check-in details soon, we need more time for the cleaning, sorry." I explained we were shattered and wanted to leave our bags (don't see why I couldnt do that even if they were cleaning) At 15.30 they sent message "The cleaner will come soon"! Eventually received the lock box info at 16.17, so did not actually enter the apartment until 16.30. One major issue was there was only set of keys, but more than that, we didn't even have the possibility of one person going out and leaving the keys in the lock box (my friend likes an early morning walk, while I stay up late and sleep in) because there is and INTERNAL door at the bottom of the inner courtyard that requires the key fob to open it. This means if you dont have the key you cannot get OUT of the building! Despite explicit request to have both beds made up as we were 2 single female friends, only one ready and I had to make up the 2nd bed. Cup of cigarette butts outside window of rear bedroom. Only half the curtain attached to curtain rod in lounge and difficult to draw all curtains. One bedside light not working. Only one power point each side of bed in the larger bedroom; you had to choose whether to have a bedside light (well, the one that did work anyway) or plug in your phone charger. I am fed up with holiday apartments that are so stingy they dont even leave you the basics like coffee and tea and a little milk even though you are only staying 2 nights. Had to clean myriad of grasy fingerprints off the beautiful glass cofee table on arrival, Not the hosts fault, but the 2nd night an apartment on the ground floor had a party that ran till 01.

Clean, central location, all kitchen equipments were there

Small things, but hese would raise the satisfaction. 2nd bedroom small, no furniture, no cupboard,no night lamps at bed. Heating and warm water was not available at arrival, but fixed same day with a friendly staff member. In the house late night (3-4 am) shouting. The furnituring is very basic. The bathroom is not really intimate due to the door solution.

Big property, fantastic location, great price. Can’t really fault it based on value.

There was a strange smell in the property so we had to air it out a fair bit, not sure what it was. Overall condition was lacking but it had everything you needed - except an iron which I couldn’t find. Bed wasn’t particularly comfortable and could have done with better quality linen.

I have a short but great experience. The apartment is clean and nice. Sofa is extremely comfortable. I think i felt warm floors in the bathroom which is super. Customer service is top tier: helpful, very quick to respond, easy to talk to. Loved it, honestly
