Our host Bes was so supportive, helpful and cooperative especially before our arrival. The accommodation is outstanding in terms of comfort, and facilities. Ideally located for Alton Towers and excellent value for money.

The house is spotlessly clean and has lovely linens and towels. The garden is in nature. Communication, excellent!

Building noise from neighbours for 2 days, beyond the control of the owners, who have been incredibly helpful.
