Staff were friendly and very helpful Gave us drinks in the fridge

3rd floor, no lift, but luggage was taken up by the staircase lift.. checkout was 10:30am.. late flight out of Rone and luggage was kept safely,, except they really don't have a facility to change and shower afterwards.

Large room and good size bathroom, large suite area with full kitchen (snacks, beverages, coffee, and even a fresh container of milk provided) a sunroom, and an outside patio. I felt like I rented a house. Great service by the staff in all aspects. And the local restaurant was my favorite in Italy. The authentic restaurant deserves special consideration as the local atmosphere and treated like family or a friend. Was surprisingly a highlight of the trip rather than a place to spend the night.

They did not have a toaster ?no1 Electric Catelleno 2 to make a cup of tea . A Catell should have been no 1 priority in any hotel and.some biold eggs. And a deasent Eletrice Fan in the room for 116 euros I expected a little more Surprised about toaster and electric Catell .ok.whe

It was perfect and cheap for a one night stay and very close to the airport, really cute area and very clean

We weren’t informed that we were going to have to share a big apartment with two other people, which was fine we each had our own room but it should have said it somewhere while I was booking

Location and staff were helpful.

Antonio was very patient with us. He waited for us and helped us to book a taxi in advance for the next day, in the very early morning. The place was really clean and tidy. There was a restaurant in the corner too (we didn't manage to go but I've heard it has good food). My partner and I had a really busy and complicated day, we didn't manage to have dinner, and it was very late at night by the time we got there. Antonio had some drinks and snacks for us in our bedroom, and they were lifesaving, too! It was very appreciated. If you are looking for somewhere close to the airport to stay, or you have an early flight, I would totally recommend this place. ✨️
