The view was absolutely spectacular

They didn’t send us check in instructions until the day we were leaving. It lead us to having to haul our very large suitcases and stroller about 35 minutes uphill. The instructions on how to hire someone to carry the bags only came the day we were checking out.

Wonderful view. So clean, attractive and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were also wonderful. The property is across from a most fabulous restaurant, La Palette.

We were unable to operate the hot tub to reach the set temperature, however we weren’t there long enough to really enjoy it anyway.

The view was amazing

The hot tub didn’t work which was the sole reason we chose this place for the outside space. Also it was a solid uphill walk from the town centre, too far away, the apartment was also very cold even with the air con on. But we never met anyone when we arrive we simply just had to figure it out and WhatsApp people who didn’t reply and when they did they stated the hot tub had been broken the week prior but they never told us this - we had it on a free to cancel - I 100% would have chosen another property. Any other hotel etc would advise you in advance if the amenities were not working I think this was bad faith and not okay we had a terrible time as we had planned to be in the hot tub. 2 of our other facilities had hot tubs perfect. This one was broken with no advise.

Great apartment with two very good bedrooms with very comfortable beds and private bathrooms. Amazing views and great location not very far away from the Piazzetta. You have to walk a little bit but it's totally worth it! Everything was great!

Jacuzzi was great but the water was not getting warm enough so we could enjoy and relax.

The listing states in the main heading...2 bedroom with jacuzzi...we were just 2 guests looking for a 1 bedroom....but since it was Capri and winter and cold, we chose to upgrade for a hot tub with a view... the listing description also states the "hot tub" is the main attraction to this rental.... Upon arrival we noticed the hot tub was 1/10 full of dirty water and leaves at the bottom. I messaged the host administrator and he replied it was shut down in Oct for the winter because it has no hot water. I stated that was the only reason we chose this rental..and he ignored this message. I sent a message thru booking app and the next day the owner stated it was closed for the season because in November there were storms and it was unsafe. I informed her that her administrator stated it had no hot water and thats why it closes for the season...i asked who was telling the truth and why, if it closed in Oct and we booked Nov 25th nobody mentioned this when we booked. And that it seems deceptive amd we wanted an adjustment down to a 1 bedroom price, because back in Nov the 1 bedrooms we saw where only 200 for 2 nights amd we paid 400...when we never needed 2 bedrooms. I asked them to change us to 200. She asked for proof of what was the current 2 bedroom price. I repeated we never needed a 2 bedroom and chose this unit only for the jacuzzi hot tub . After repeated back and forths I just said forget it on the price adjustment . That we would just go eat and I would warn future winter guests that the Hot tub was a cold tub amd not even available from Oct until summer. She then stated I was threatening her with a bad review. My reply...no threat. 2 different issues. That my review would reflect it was a pretty locatiin and rental.but that others needed to know that the listing named 2 bedroom with jacuzzi hot tub was a lie. If the hot tub had worked it would have been 8 star review.

Really confort and well equipped place. Perfect for sunsets, barbecue, and Aperol Spritz. We enjoyed the house a lot. Very close to the grocery store. 10 min walk to the piazzeta, 9 min to the natural arch, and more.

Very stylish, contemporary apartment with all the amenities for a great stay! Beautiful views from the terrace and we loved the comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms which was a bonus when travelling with 2 older children and gave us all privacy and space. We had wonderful weather, so the outdoor living space (large terrace and outdoor kitchen) worked perfectly. There is also an indoor kitchen so lots of space and facilities to self-cater if you wish to. The Jacuzzi is a bonus and my teenage son spent 2 happy evenings enjoying this! We felt that the apartment was well priced considering it's location close to Capri town and is a pretty walk of approx 10-15 mins downhill to the main square. Capri is stunning and we really enjoyed our stay and would love to return for a longer stay next time.

The beds were extremely comfortable

We never used the jacuzzi as it didn’t look clean when we arrived. Was told it would self clean but still had bits of dirt in it after a few days. The shower over flooded every time we used it. And we had to ask for more towels because we used them to also mop the water from the bathroom floor.
