Viss nolaists, remonts nav bijis ļoti sen! Smaržo pēc pelējuma! !!!Nav tualetes papīrs!!! Tas izskatās nožēlojami! Biju rezervējusi uz 3 naktīm, bet paliku vienu, jo tur nav iespējams uzturēties. Saimnieks atteicās sadarboties un atmaksāt naudu. Teica, ka šī taču ir lēta vieta, ko daudz var gribēt ! Bet lēti nevar būt netīri!

"Awful. Do not book."

Photos deceptive. Nothing likethe real place. Dirty. Musty. Mouldy. Most bulbs not working. Internal door broken and would not close. I booked for 3 nights but left after 1 night and went to Staycity. No refund from owners. Took a time and requests to even get my 100 GBP damage deposit back. Must be theworst place I have stayed at. A health risk.

"Never again."

The only thing I liked were the 10-star reviews that persuade you to book this property. They were probably written by friends of the owner because they don’t match reality.

We left after 5 minutes because the property was absolutely unsuitable for hosting guests. That said, I’d like to say a few words about how the owner behaved towards us, because I’ve never experienced anything like this before. First, he tried to make it look like we were just trying to get a refund without ever actually staying at the property, as if we were trying to cheat. However, once we sent him photo evidence, he tried to downplay it by saying it wasn’t true that the place was dirty, and that in fact it had just been cleaned. Sure, everyone has different standards of cleanliness, but I’ve attached the photos so everyone can decide for themselves what they think. It’s a shame we can’t upload videos too, because they really would have helped. They didn’t even throw away the tissues, I mean, not even the slightest effort was made to make it look like they had at least tried to prepare the apartment. Despite being frustrated after a long trip, we had to flee from this accommodation because it was impossible to get any rest, and we booked another place. But do you want to know the best part? The owner didn’t give us any refund, and Booking doesn’t protect you in this case. So you know what? If you want to take the risk and have the same experience as us, go ahead and book, enjoy the thrill of sleeping in these beautiful dirty sheets. Otherwise, trust the negative reviews, they will save you and allow you to have a good weekend. I’m just sorry that the owner has no respect for other people’s money, but I hope at the very least they can use it to pay for a cleaning service for the next guests… if there will be anyone brave enough. And as if that wasn’t enough, he even gave us the wrong code to enter.

"Horrible Service and Experience"

Nothing.

Property owner is horrible. Dust everywhere collected over months. No cleaning was done. Bed was broken and not comfortable and the property owner tried to blame me and my partner for it, and has kept my £100 damage deposit for something that was already broken in the property. The fridge was disgusting and sounded like a plane taking off. The stairs look brown and stained. There was random nails on the floor of the stairs. The electrics shorted when we tried to plug in a plug to a socket. There was random dirty bedding that was left behind the sofa and the change of bedding wasn't even folded, just thrown into a box near the tv. The walls and ceilings were disgusting and had cracks everywhere, so bad that there was bits falling onto the floor and counter in the kitchen especially. There's a socket at the sink in the kitchen that looks like it's fused a hundred times and rusted over. In the bathroom, there is sockets right above the sink to the left. Shower was disgusting and dirty, covered in grime. The kitchen towel that was left on the stove was caked in dust that had literally been there for what seems like months. We didn't stay at the property and after sending over 70 pictures to the property owner via WhatsApp, he said that I called him a liar, said that we broke the bed, constantly swearing over messages being unprofessional. That's not acceptable behaviour and the fact that he is trying to keep the damage deposit over something that was already broken is ridiculous and disgusting. It's like they premeditated this whole thing to keep people damage deposits. He said that he would fully refund and cancel the booking and didn't say anything after that so I contacted booking.com again. Finally he answered that he cancelled the booking and then asked for my bank details to send back the damage deposit. After all of that, he still didn't send it through.
