I servizi e la stanza non erano compatibili con la descrizione, nemmeno la veduta dal balcone

Mancanza di igiene, bagno senza bidet,il televisore ed Internet non funzionano E l'indirizzo che c'è scritto su booking non corrisponde alla reception che risponde al telefono dopo le ore 9:30. Manca bollitore e caffettiera.

Comodità alla stazione,silenzio

Nessun asciugamano da doccia, TV non funzionante

Id like that it`s on the main street and it`s near by to the center and old town.

The pictures in Booking didn`t corresponding to real room, balcony was internal, the condition of the room wasn't good. Nobody check our room during the stay. I was there for the Bari Marathon, from the property didn`t allow us to stay one hour more, just to not spread our luggage. They requested me to pay city tax, using some their internal APIs, not recommending to using your official bank cards.

Poziția ultracentrală, aproape de gară, de mare și de obiectivele turistice. Seara, priveliștea de pe terasă (balcon) este romantică. Vom reveni cu siguranță!

Norādītie tālruņa numuri nav pareizi vai pieslēgti automātiskajam atbildētājam, kurš paziņo, ka atbildi varam gaidīt tikai tuvākajā darbadienā. Mūsu prombūtnē caur istabu bija palaisti remontstràdnieki balkona remontam, aizejot numurs bija aizslēgts ar parasto atslēgu, kamēr mums bija tikai elektroniskā karte mobilajā telefonā. Vakarā atgriežoties, mēs netikām numurā. Stundu zvanīju uz visiem tālr. nr., rakstīju ziņas, atbildes nekādas... un naktī jau bija lidojums... pēc stundas caur booking beidzot saņēmu atbildi ar norādi, kur meklēt parasto atslēgu.. tā kā ziniet- arī norādītais Emergency tālrunis jums nepalīdzēs.

The apartment was just fine. I was spacious and clean. It also had a balcony which is always nice and practical.

After completing their check in process which was done in a different web platform I thought that I had everything needed to get to my room. But when I came to the front door of the building I soon realized that I didn’t have a clue how to get inside. Their instructions didn’t make sense to me. There was some code given but no any place to put it in. I thought that maybe I was just dumb and decided to call them and ask for help. There was two different phone numbers which I tried both for maybe 20 times. I also sent messages through booking and their own platform and an email. Nothing seemed to get a response. At this point I had spend almost all my phone battery and I was getting very frustrated. Luckily for me they finally answered the phone. I found out that they hadn’t yet provided me with a web link that was needed to access the place. Why they didn’t mention about this earlier to avoid confusion I don’t know. I spent about one hour in front of the place before I was able to get inside. Memorable experience but not in a good way. As I side note and not as criticism: there’s a lot of hotels and other services on the same street with almost the same name so when you are there make sure that you are in front of the right place.
