RA - Stylish city loft - Walk to the best of Valencia

The location was great. The flat also had most things we needed and the lighting options and ceiling fan were very much appreciated. The host responded promptly.

The flat smelled really bad the day we arrived. We were advised to leave the water running in the shower for a while which improved the situation a lot. However, the bathroom always had a slight smell of sewer. The flat is on the ground floor and only has 1 window which faces the street. The flat seems to be missing the required licence which we only found out when we were there and the police knocked on the door and asked to see our reservation. The fridge is very low.

Rapporto qualità prezzo, posizione, pulizia, letto comodo.

Cattivo odore dal bagno, mancanza di finestre, mancanza di assistenza da parte del proprietario.

La posizione tra il centro e la spiaggia, il fatto che fosse molto pulito

L'appartamento puzzava di fogna. Il bagno non ha né una finestra né una ventola funzionante. Purtroppo questo vuol dire molto. Inoltre è descritto come camera+salotto, in realtà a dividerli c'è solo una tenda

A decent apartment in a good location for transport links. A suitable size for 3 guests. Bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and powerful. The air-conditioning was useful. Adequate cooking facilities and utensils.

There was a smell of drains at times. We had to buy air fresheners to mask the smell. We weren't keen on the fact that the only window opened directly onto the street at ground level, therefore we couldn't have the window open for security reasons. The fridge was on the small side and we found the hob difficult to use. The host was slow to respond to emails.

Nulla.L’unica cosa che non andava la centrifuga della lavatrice in cucina e una perdita di acqua dal lavandino in bagno.

Es un apartamento muy coqueto, está muy conectado con todas las partes de la ciudad y es cómodo.

Entra luz del exterior a las mañanas, pero con un antifaz todo correcto.

Obiekt ładnie urządzony. Łazienka i wyposażenie ok.

Bardzo trudny kontakt z obsługą. Nie mogłem otrzymać kodu do odbioru kluczy. Na wiadomości nikt nie odpowiadał. Przed drzwiami telefonicznie uzyskiwałem pomoc również dzwoniąc do obsługi booking. Inne uwagi: - chemicznie czyszczona pościel - poduszki o mocnym chemicznym zapachu, - zapachy od przechowywanych w szafie chemikali do czyszczenia apartamentu, - brak okna - jest to tylko witryna wejściowa - jak sklep z ulicy na parterze, oddzielenia wewnętrzne zasłonami, - brak informacji ja znaleźć hasło do WiFi, trzeba je było szukać na routerze, ale nikt o tym nie napisał, a pytania do obsługi pozostały bez odpowiedzi - późny Checki-in - 17:00 - pytanie o wcześniejszy zignorowane, a check-out 10:00
