Location is good and there are many eateries surrounding the property.

The host could have just left the room keys with the Cafe for direct correction of keys instead of requesting guests to fill up particulars of staying guests as well as signing of rental agreement. I don't feel comfortable by uploading the passport info in the submission though I did it as requested. I am not sure it is appropriate for the host to collect all these info. I assume booking.com had already provided the relevant information of the guests. A little disappointment with no dryer provided in the room. In addition, it may consider providing two room keys for ease of access by the guests.

Comfortable and clean, great central location near shops and restaurants and train station. Washing machine was useful for laundry.

Water leak in the bathroom bidet shower hose made the floor wet sometimes.

Near everything you could imagine including train station, bus station and plenty of restaurants/stores. The place was very quiet and comfortable. There's basically everything you need for a short or long staying and this means dishwasher, washing machine, microvawe, kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer and so on. I put it in the pros even tho you might consider it a cons: The bathroom is extremely basic, without window or fine finishes but it's a very common thing in Finland as it is not given aesthetic importance: it's just a small, rational and merely functional room that's why you might not like it. I actually do.

Maybe the only thing I didn't like was the external maintenance works that prevented us from seeing out the window and made air exchange almost impossible. But it had been specified in the message sent to me by the owner so it can't be considered a cons.

Location in city center near train station

No fresh air in apartment. No possible open the window.

Key pick-up easily arranged with a partner restaurant allowing for late check-in. Great location in my opinion, near to the train station and the main shopping street. Nokia Stadium, Tampere University and the city center attractions can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot. Great apartment that is well equipped. I liked the interior design and integration of the kitchen.
